He has spearheaded process and capital improvements resulting in multi-million dollars of revenue generation and instituted systematic training programs enhancing new employee onboarding.
Patrick holds degrees in Physics, Materials Science, and Engineering and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Throughout his career been involved in technical and leadership development programs as well as various roles throughout the organization in operations, engineering, quality, and sales.

Patrick resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with his wife where he also started a real estate investment company that grew from $0 to over $1M in value in less 8 months.
